The Law Offices of Bruce E. Matter, P.C. advises and assists clients with their contracts, particularly those involving the creation, transfer and exploitation of copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property, in the print and electronic publishing, software, and entertainment industries.  Our office is conveniently located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area affording us easy access to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office.
